Refund Policy

Elite Career Centre Sdn Bhd (“ECC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers corporate and public training programmes, webinars, recorded classes, digital educational products and selected physical products. This policy explains how customers may request cancellations, transfers and refunds. If a signed quotation, registration form, booking agreement or purchase-specific terms provide different conditions, those agreed terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.

1.1 Public training and live webinars
A confirmed place may be cancelled or transferred by writing to ECC at info@elitecc.com.my. The refund or credit available depends on when the request is received, the course terms disclosed during registration, and commitments already incurred by ECC.

The following cancellation terms apply to public training and live webinars, based on the date ECC receives the written cancellation request:
• 14 days or more before the event: Full refund (100% of the programme fee).
• 8 to 13 days before the event: Partial refund (50% of the programme fee).
• 7 days or fewer before the event: No refund (0% of the programme fee).

These cut-offs apply to written cancellations for the scheduled event. Any substitution of participants is subject to the conditions stated below.
ECC may permit the substitution of a participant for the same session, subject to providing the replacement participant’s details before the programme and any venue or certification requirements.

1.2 In-house corporate training
Fees, postponement terms, cancellations, minimum commitments, venue expenses and trainer-related costs for customised in-house programmes follow the signed quotation, confirmation form or service agreement. Any request to change dates or participant arrangements must be made in writing and is subject to trainer availability and ECC’s written confirmation.

1.3 Recorded classes, e-books and other digital productsDigital orders may be delivered through an email, a download link, a membership portal or a learning platform. Customers should review the product description, access period and technical requirements before purchase. Once access or downloadable content has been supplied, a change-of-mind refund is generally not available unless the purchase-specific terms provide otherwise or the customer is entitled to a remedy under applicable law.

For duplicate payments, inaccessible content, incorrect digital items or materially defective content, customers should contact ECC with their order number and supporting details. ECC will review and provide an appropriate remedy, such as restored access, replacement access or a refund, where applicable.

1.4 Physical books and merchandise
Refunds or exchanges involving physical books and merchandise are subject to the Shipping & Return Policy below, the condition of the product, the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer protections.

1.5 Cancellation or significant changes by ECC
If ECC cancels a paid programme without providing the agreed service, affected customers will be offered a suitable alternative date, course credit or a refund, as appropriate. Where ECC makes a material change to a confirmed programme, customers may contact ECC to discuss available options. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

1.6 HRD Corp claimable programmes
“HRD Corp Claimable” refers to programme claimability subject to the applicable eligibility, application, approval, attendance, claims process and HRD Corp rules. A representation that a programme is claimable is not a guarantee of grant approval or payment. Employer responsibilities and cancellation liability remain subject to the registration documents or agreed corporate terms.

1.7 How to request a refund
Email info@elitecc.com.my with the customer or company name, programme/product purchased, transaction or invoice reference, purchase date, reason for the request, and supporting evidence where relevant. We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the request.
ECC will acknowledge and review the request. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible, subject to payment-provider arrangements.

1.8 Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. Where a policy term conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
