Latihan Pemantapan Pakar Jauhari Digital Profesionalisme Keguruan: Developing Short Movies – Certified Professional In Digital Video Using Adobe Premiere Pro (2025)
Latihan Pemantapan Pakar Jauhari Digital Profesionalisme Keguruan: Developing Short Movies – Certified Professional In Digital Video Using Adobe Premiere Pro (2025) took place throughout September and October 2025, delivered across multiple locations nationwide in Malaysia, and brought together teachers from primary (SK) and secondary schools (SMK). This was one of Elite Career Centre’s major national programmes—proudly delivered in collaboration with the Teacher Professionalism Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM)—with one clear mission: to level up educators’ digital creativity and professional video production skills in a way that’s practical, relevant, and immediately usable.
Designed as a hands-on experience from start to finish, the programme equipped participants with real working skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, guiding them from fundamentals into more advanced production techniques. Teachers learned how to set up projects efficiently, organise video assets, edit video and audio with confidence, enhance content with graphics and visual elements, and publish digital media at a professional standard. The training followed five core modules: Working in the Video Industry, Project Setup and Interface, Organizing Video Projects, Creating and Modifying Visual Elements, and Publishing Digital Media—making it easier for participants to build structured skills and produce high-quality short videos for teaching and learning (PdP), school communications, digital storytelling, and creative projects.
Beyond technical capability, the programme also strengthened long-term impact through a Train-of-Trainer (TOT) component, where participants were prepared to bring the knowledge back to their schools and train fellow teachers in a structured and consistent way. Feedback from participants reflected strong satisfaction—especially around the practical learning approach, the experienced and supportive facilitators, the clear and systematic module structure, and the positive, interactive classroom atmosphere, alongside appreciation for the overall training arrangements, facilities, accommodation, and meals.
Most importantly, this programme also provided a pathway toward official Adobe certification, giving participants an added professional edge and credibility in the growing digital creative space. For Elite Career Centre, this collaboration with KPM marks a standout milestone—proof that we can deliver large-scale, high-impact digital upskilling programmes that empower educators and elevate digital learning across the country.
