Effective Communication & Negotiations for New Managers
This one-day training programme provided new and emerging managers with the essential communication and negotiation skills needed to lead effectively in today’s dynamic workplace. Throughout the session, participants engaged in practical activities, roleplays, and real-world discussions that strengthened their ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
The programme introduced participants to various communication styles and equipped them with techniques to adapt their approach when interacting with different team members.
